Most LED and LCD TV faults come down to three parts: the LED backlight strips behind the screen, the T-Con board that drives the panel, and the power supply (SMPS). We test each one to find the actual cause instead of guessing and swapping boards.

Is it worth repairing an LED TV with no picture?
Usually, yes. Sound with no picture is most often a backlight fault, which costs far less to fix than a new TV. We confirm the cause and give you an estimate before starting.
Can you fix a cracked LED TV screen?
A cracked screen can't be repaired — the whole display panel has to be replaced. Panels are expensive, so we check availability and price for your model and tell you honestly if a new TV is the better choice.
Can backlight repair be done at home?
Backlight work needs the TV opened on a clean, flat bench, so we usually take the TV to our Turangi workshop and bring it back once it's fixed and tested.
