How Lakshmi Prasanna Electronics handles your information. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Lakshmi Prasanna Electronics is an independent TV repair business at Turangi, Main Road, Kakinada, AP 533001. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information you give us
This website has no sign-up or contact forms. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, address for a home visit, and your TV's brand, model and problem.
We use this only to arrange and carry out your repair, give you estimates and updates, and follow up on the work. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Google Firebase) records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site securely and reliably.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show an embedded Google Map, so Google receives your IP address when these load. Google may set cookies when you interact with the map. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising and measurement
We may advertise on Google and use Google Ads or Google Analytics to measure how people find us — for example, whether an ad led to a phone call. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies, and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
You can control personalised advertising through Google's ad settings and block cookies in your browser settings.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep chat details only as long as needed for your repair and any follow-up.
How long we keep information
We keep repair records — such as your contact details and the work done — for as long as reasonably needed to support the repair and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time.
