Will a Smart TV repair erase my apps?
Some software repairs need a factory reset or reflash, which removes installed apps and logins. We always tell you before doing it, and help you set the TV up again afterwards.
My Smart TV is stuck on the logo. Can it be fixed?
In most cases, yes. If it's a software problem we can usually fix it in one visit. If the main board's memory chip has failed, the board needs repair, which may take a little longer.
Can you fix Smart TV problems at home?
Many software and connectivity problems can be fixed at your home. Board-level faults are repaired at our workshop.
